More than 20 years in
customer service and the hospitality industry have provided me with a
very diverse background.
Prior to education, my
career covered all aspects of the hospitality and tourism industry. My
time was spent doing everything from guiding tours to resort management
to event planning. My B.S. in Business and my MBA in International
Business created job opportunities in marketing & tourism development
as well.
The past ten years I
have had the privilege of teaching hospitality classes as well as staying
connected with the wonderful world of hospitality and tourism. I love
bringing my work experiences into the classroom.
This is my third year
teaching at Casa
Grande Union
High School and I
think the students, faculty and administration here are awesome!
My goal is to continue
to share the exciting world of hotels, restaurants and travel to young
people by giving them as many hands-on experiences as possible.
