I was born in England and grew up in western New York State in a small farm town. I
attended ASU and after graduating with a degree in Art Education began
working for CGUHS. This is my 31st year of teaching art. I
officially retired in May of 07’ and plan on staying in my art position
until my daughter graduates in May of 09’. At that time we plan a move
back to western NY State where we would love to live in the hill country
surrounding the Genesee
Valley. It is a
beautiful location for painting.
I am married to my
wife Janet who is a Special Education administrator for the CG Elementary
Dist. I have one son Andrew who is 19 years old and currently finishing
up his Fire Science degree and is enrolled in a Fire Fighter
Academy, training
for a career as a Paramedic/Fire Fighter. His long term goal is to become
a Paramedic for a helicopter rescue company. My daughter Jayni is a high
school junior, Varsity Cheer Leader, and is looking at college in either
NY, Indiana, or AZ. She is leaning towards speech pathology.
My teaching career
at CGUHS has been very rewarding and above all FUN and enjoyable!!!!
However….. the green landscape and changing seasons are calling me HOME….
soon…..
