    I am so proud to announce the results of the CCAP culinary competition held Saturday. 

    Moving on into the finals we have:

    The final is held at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale on March 21.

  • FBLA Competes @ Region 2 with SUCCESS!

    The FBLA - Future Business Leaders of America- competed in Region 2 on Saturday February 7th. All of the students who participated did a great job! Here are the results from the top 3 places:

  • FFA Competes at Regionals & WINS!

    Please congratulate the following students for their tremendous performance at the 2015 Dean Merrell FFA  Field Day, yesterday at CAC. More than 10 schools competed in the numerous Career Development Events (CDEs). Casa Grande FFA is full of talent!

  • AZ Merit Testing

    In order to ensure all Arizona children have the opportunity to succeed, the Arizona State Board of Education (Board) has announced a new assessment to replace the AIMS Reading, Writing, and Mathematics tests beginning spring 2015. The Board voted and approved that American Institutes for Research (AIR) will provide Arizona’s New Assessment, AzMERIT - Arizona's Measurement of Educational Readiness to Inform Teaching.

  • HOBY Scholarship Recipient

    Congratulations to Amelia Lizarraga for winning the HOBY Scholarship for sophomores.
    Amelia will represent Casa Grande Union High School by attending a seminar from June 4 – June 7, 2015.
    The seminar will be held at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
    Good job Amelia!!!

  • Marching Band sweeps competition!

    Congratulations to the Pride of Casa Grande Marching Band!

    Saturday they traveled to Tucson for the CDO Marching Festival.  They left with a rating of Excellent and the highest score of the day!  They swept all of the high honors awards for outstanding:
